Thank you for your interest in Alice Springs Expeditions for the role of your dedicated support crew. ASE has been involved in remote expeditions for a number of decades and understands the role of support crew, remote travel and specifically the needs of endurance athletes.
The proposed itinerary will enable you to participate in the Simpson Desert Bike Challenge hassle free. Please note that the itinerary is flexible and can be tailored to your requirements.

Sun 26 Sep – Travel Alice Springs to Mount Dare
Mon 27 Sep – Event Start, Mount Dare to Birdsville
Sat 2 Oct – Arrive Birdsville, event concludes
Sun 3 Oct – Birdsville to Boulia
Mon 4 Oct – Tobermorey to Alice Springs

- Expert guide with significant remote travel experience, remote communications and advanced first aid qualifications

- Flights to or from Alice Springs
- Sports gels, energy drinks, and race nutrition.
- Personal hydration packs. Ideally, 4 are required (start, plus 3x water stop drops)
