Race registration

Thank you for your interest in the Simpson Desert Bike Challenge.

All riders and crews are required to enter under a team name and to select the role they are entering the event as i.e. Rider or Support Crew.

The support crew details are required to ensure that all participants are registered to attend. Vehicle details are required (but can be provided later) so that a National Parks Pass may be provided.

  • Entries Open 01-01-2023
  • Entries Close 15-08-2023
  • Simpson 500 – Individual Rider Full Course
    • Entry Fee – Individual $795
    • Early Bird Fee $745 if you enter by 31-03-2021
  • Simpson 300 – Individual Rider Part Course (Morning Stages)
    • Entry Fee – Individual $695
    • Early Bird Fee $645 if you enter by 31-03-2021
  • Team: 2 entrants riding as a relay team.
    • Entry Fee – Team $895
    • Early Bird Fee $845 if you enter by 31-03-2021
  • Race Official Registrations open 01-01-2023.
  • Crew and Vehicle details must be lodged by
    31-08-2023
Rider Medical Requirements
  • All riders, crew and officials will be required to produce a COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  • All riders, crew and officials are required to complete a Medical Questionnaire .
  • Your medical questionnaire must be lodged BEFORE 15-08-2023
  • Medical Questionnaires will be reviewed by our Medical Director who may contact you for more information.
